I. Number of Full (four-member) Teams:
Reminder: The Junior Division consists of students in the 5th-9th grades and the Senior Division consists of students in the 10th-12th grades. A Junior Division age youth may be placed on a Senior Division team if necessary to form a team, but Senior Division age youth may NOT be placed on a Junior Division team. The definition of an “experienced” team is one that has 1 or more youth that has taken part in any Bible Bowl before.
II. Number of Individuals (that will not be part of a full team and are not included in the numbers indicated above, i.e. “extra individuals”):

Reminder: If you have youth that want to participate, but not enough to complete a team of four members, bring them along. We will match them with youth from other congregations in need of team members on the day of Kansas Bible Bowl. If we are unable to form complete, four-member teams, those students may compete for individual honors, but not for team awards.
III. Sponsors. We will need at least one sponsor from each church to help with monitoring and grading of the tests.
IV. Adults. Adults that are interested in taking the test are encouraged to do so. They compete on an individual basis only and are not a part of a team.
V. Number of Adults and Children (who are NOT testing or grading), that plan on staying for lunch. Cost: $3.00
VI. We will be attending Friday’s Evening of Fellowship and Fun.
VII. We will need housing for Friday night.
